伝説のアート・パンク・バンド、アーント・サリーの創設メンバーであり、1979年解散後はソロとして活動を続け、1980年に坂本龍一とのコラボレーション・シングルをリリース、1981年には、コニー・プランク、CANのホルガー・シューカイとヤキ・リーペツァイトと制作した1stソロ・アルバム『Phew』を発売。1992年、MUTEレーベルより発売された3rdアルバム『Our Likeness』は、再びコニー・プランクのスタジオにて、CANのヤキ・リーベツァイト、アインシュテュルツェンデ・ノイバウテンのアレックサンダー・ハッケ、そしてDAFのクリスロ・ハースと制作された。2010年代に入り、声と電子音楽を組み合わせた作品を次々に発売し、エレクトロニック・アーティストとしても世界的評価を高めた。また、アナ・ダ・シルヴァ（レインコーツ）、山本精一（ex.ボアダムス）等とのコラボレーション作品も発売。2021年10月、最新ソロ・アルバム『ニュー・ディケイド』はTraffic/Muteより世界発売。2022年4月にはDowser NとのDesktop Punkユニット106の1カセットを2本リリース、2023年2月にはTraffic/Muteから『Our Likeness』がリイシューされた。

TOMOMI ADACHI + NOISE SCAVENGERS

足立智美
パフォーマー／作曲家、音響詩人、楽器製作者、視覚芸術家。その多彩なスタイルで知られ、自身の声とエレクトロニクスによる作品、音響詩、即興演奏、現代音楽作品の上演から、サイト・スペシフィックな作曲、器楽作品、技術を持たない人々のための合唱曲などを、テート・モダン、ハンブルガー・バーンホフ美術館、ポンピドゥー・センター、ベルリン・ポエジー・フェスティヴァルなど世界各地で発表している。その作品には自作のインターフェイスから、人工知能、脳波、人工衛星、ツイッター、骨折、超常現象までもが用いられる。2012年DAADベルリン芸術家プログラムによりベルリンに招聘。アルス・エレクトロニカより Award of Distinction を2019年に受賞。世界初の人工知能によるリブレットを用いたオペラ《ロミオがジュリエット》で文化庁芸術祭賞大賞及び佐治敬三賞受賞。国際芸術祭「あいち2022」展示部門、パフォーマンス部門に参加

Adachi Tomomi
Adachi Tomomi is a performer, composer, sound poet, instrument builder, and visual artist. Known for his versatile style, he has performed his own voice and electronics pieces, sound poetry, improvised music and contemporary music works and also presented site-specific compositions, compositions for classical instrumental ensembles, and choir pieces for untrained musicians around the world, including Tate Modern (London, UK), MaerzMusik (Berlin, Germany), Hamburger Bahnhof Museum (Berlin, Germany), Centre Pompidou (Paris, France) and Poesiefestival Berlin (Germany). He uses a wide range of materials in his work, including self-made physical interfaces and instruments, artificial intelligence, brain waves, artificial satellite, Twitter texts, fractures, and even paranormal phenomena.

Noise Scavengers
Noise Scavengers is a sound art band that explores the intersection between rock instruments, sound art, electronic music and art music. Heavily inspired by the Australian and international sound art scenes, the Noise Scavengers offer audiences their version of junk percussion and found sound music making.  Noise Scavengers present a new work collaborating with Tomomi Adachi, which will inspire and amaze.
