TAD is a Theatre Art Collective who make theatre designs and theatre objects. Members of the collective describe their work as:
Miranda Cook “fun and cartoons inspired”
Anastasia Hatzikosmidis “fantasy and mythology”
The group formed in 2022, and has delivered remarkable masks and designs for The Amplified Elephants’ show DEEP CREATURES. At the end of 2022 outstanding Jamaican/Australian theatre maker Amarantha Robinson performed with a TAD designed and made headpiece in her show OSHUN (La Mamma Theatre 2022).
Collective the artists build imaginary worlds populated with their remarkable designs and characterisations. TAD has worked with several leading industry artists including Stelarc, Ben Merrylees, Alister Karl, James Hullick.
