ABOUT WORD
We posed the question to each of the Sonic Adventurers; What is your favourite book? The answers came in thick and fast.
The True Death, Lady and the Tramp, The Brothers Karamazov, The Taste of Old Ireland, Dumbo, Sonic the Hedgehog fan fiction, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Dracula and the Atlas. Stories about outsiders, love, death, the unusual, the world, Irish coffee and flying dolphins.
From this initial premise the group has made work exploring the themes of these texts, interrogating why the artists chose them.
