Kruljac currently creates new works with the Sonic Adventurers Collective. Kruljac has spent many years working with The Amplified Elephants. Helen has released several albums with both groups. A brilliant graphic designer, Helen has contributed artworks to many album for JOLT Arts.

Kruljac has performed in many of The Amplified Elephants’ projects, including the album release of DEEP CREATURES (Heavy Machinery Records, 2021), which will be premiered live as society comes out of COVID-19. Highlights for Kruljac have included HAGOROMO with Japanese Noh singer Ryoko Aoki, and performing with Nat Grant for the show SHHHH, which The Amplified Elephants and Nat performed for JOLT’s Book of Daughters artistic program in 2016.

With Sonic Adventurers Collective Kruljac contributed several tracks to The Red Line album.

Kruljac is a striking visual artist with a distinct graphic style based on drawing techniques, and has made a number of videos born out from this graphic style. Her works appear in the book Drawn in Music by The Sonic Adventurers.

Kruljac has been focusing on spoken word, and work using the Kaoscillator and other electronic sound devices. Her pre-recorded spoken word was transformed by fellow ensemble member Daniel Munnery for the ensemble’s recent showing of SELF SEEKERS for the Festival of Live Art at the Footscray Community Arts Centre in 2018. The project was remounted at the Centre in 2019.

With Sonic Adventurers Collective Kruljac has premiered works at the Wangaratta Art Gallery (2022), and the JOLT Festival 2019, JOLTED Arts Space and FUSE Festival.
