Gideon Brazil plays saxophones, flutes and clarinets, and specialises in jazz, improvised and contemporary music styles. Gideon has performed and recorded with some of Australia’s finest artists including: Gotye, Orchestra Victoria, Bennetts Lane Big Band, Hoodoo Mayhem New Orleans Brass Band, The Black Diamonds, Adam Simmons, Adrian Sherriff, Andrea Keller, Eamon McNelis, Eugene Ball, Marc Hannaford, Ronny Ferella, Scott Tinkler and Shannon Barnett to name a few. He leads his own projects, Deco Duo, Trio Brazil, Southside Hammond Clan and his original jazz sextet, The Natives.
